About Catherine Golden

I am one of the lucky ones. Photography is my passion and I have been able to make a career of it. After studying Media Arts at the Minneapolis College of Art And Design, and then staying home to raise my children, I decided to start my photography business out of our home in Inver Grove Heights. I began photographing families and then moved in to Weddings, High School Seniors, Dance, and Special Event photography. Being a photographer has been a rewarding career, creatively, technically and emotionally. Continuing education and experience and the ability to succeed at connecting with people are all essential to be a successful photographer. So please contact me. I specialize not only in documenting the major events of your wedding day, but also capturing the style, feel, and mood of the occasion that you’ve spent all this time planning. My style consists of traditional photos as well as candid shots.It’s going to be a glorious day. Not only will you start on a whole new journey with the love of your life, you’ll be surrounded by close friends and family, all brimming with joy and looking their best.  It’s a once-in-a lifetime day, and you’ll want to remember every detail forever.In order to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, we accept a limited number of assignments each year.  Booking within 24 hours of our first meeting comes with a free engagement session.
